Only 25 properties in the park are prepared to be built on. Properties consist of 2.8 hectares (7 acres) of titled land each, which is divided in 7000 M² (1 ¾ acre) of which 10% is allowed to build on and 21000M² (5 ¼ acres) of nature reserve. This 21000 M² of land is part of your private forest reserve, which will be held in The Parque Buena Vista Association and therefore protected from any kind of construction or cutting of trees. The construction of the Parque Buena Vista -estates is based on a Mexican rancho style much used by famous designers such as Luis Barragan and Gian Franco Brignone. They come with palapa roof and a color palette of bright yellows, Mexican pinks, electric blues and virginal whites, though you will have the possibility to deviate from this and choose your own set of colors.
The spacious palapa villa will consist of a concrete construction under roof which covers the main house. All estates come with a separate guesthouse and infinity pool.
