Welcome to the first airpark of Cng for an exciting vacation spot or a place to call home, Costa Rica offers a peaceful lifestyle you won’t find anywhere else.
The airpark includes an entrance, the runway, the central hanger location, the commercial aria and the lots for our community.
The entrance will be guarded and a nice entrance of our community. Of course this will be again build with lot of green palms.
The runway is constructed with 1200 trucks of lastre. This is a good foundation in every period of the year. On top of this there is brought up earth, planted with unique grass. So we have a very exclusive runway with a length of 3050 feet, and a width of 50 feet.
The hanger location will be developed with hangars for rent, and for our plane that is for rent too.
The commercial area is a fantastic location for a small hotel and a good restaurant. We have a little hill on the property, so there is a beautiful view over the whole airpark. There will be also the possibility to have view apartments, and sport accommodation like tennis.
The lots are located along the runway (runway lots), along the Buena Vista River (river lots) and in the mountains (ocean view lots). All lots on the airpark are, or will be developed with green vegetations so the whole park will be a green paradise. Also electricity and water is included.
In fase one we offer you the runway lots directly located on the runway. Water and electricity is all done. The possibility is to construct your dream house with a hangar next to it, or build your ‘hanger home’. This will all be done together with the regulations of Airpark Costa Rica.
The river lots have no direct access to the runway, you can hire or buy a hangar on the central hangar are. The lots have a direct access to the river. The Buena Vista River is almost the year around wet. In the rain season the river is about 150 feet wide. There is exotic vegetation on your lot with access to the road and water and electricity.
